Ian Donnelly Systems is now IDS EnTech Ian Donnelly to retire after 25 years at IDS
Dallas, TX (January 1, 2013) - Dallas-based Ian Donnelly Systems, Inc.
(IDS) today announced that Ian Donnelly will be retiring after 25 years
of running IDS.
IDS and Ian have sold the assets to IDSEnTech Corp, who has also
assumed the liabilities associated with the Key-Up maintenance
agreements.
The impact on existing customers should be negligible. The day-to-day
operations have been passed on to a staff of veteran operators to
ensure a seamless transition.
Our support teams and research and development staff will remain
unchanged, so for those of you who have worked with IDS team members in
the past, you can rest assured that those same individuals will be
available to assist you moving forward.
In addition, Ian will be staying on in a consultative capacity for the foreseeable future.
The biggest change at this point is regarding contact information. Please visit our
contact page for details.
We are already hard at work on KeyUp v6 and are looking forward to this exciting new chapter in our company's history!
If you have any questions whatsoever, please don't hesitate to contact us.
IDS was founded in 1987 to develop new markets and applications for
security encryption devices used in the EFT arena. The KEY-UP family
supports all major EFT software systems, and is deployed in the United
States, Canada, South and Central America. IDS banking, credit union
and retail customers include First Citizens Bank North Carolina; First
Data Merchants; Notre Dame Federal Credit Union; Ahold Corp.'s Giant
Food subsidiary; Krogers; Pulse EFT Association, Northrup Grumman (EBT
system for the State of Texas); and New York Transit Authority, among
others.
Good luck and happy retirement to Ian. Thanks for 25 great years!
